    BKR7E-11 is what I use in my B18C, they are what most people use, one heat range colder. And I would suggest using a baseline timing of 8 degrees for the amount of boost you are using.

    Hopefully with that amount of boost you are running larger injectors, a cartech, a J&S safeguard and some sort of BTC. If you have the J&S then you can fine tune the timing, if you have a BTC baseline timing could be higher.

    With the lower compression pistons you could run higher timing, but I couldnt tell you an exact amount.

    Stop using CAPS and use correct grammar as well as give more complete explanations since this would help us help you.

    i how a jmd b16a whit JE piston{8.5} whit a JRSC 10 PSI WHICH SPARK PLUG{NGK PLEASE} I HAVE TO USE AND HOW MUCH I HAVE TO RETARD MY TIMING!!

    If this is for a FI application, use the same plugs most people use (the 7s). Please give more details on your setup.
